The brewHouse story…

The passion began in late 2008 when a co-worker of mine enticed me into having a cup of his own fresh-brewed coffee.  From the first sip I knew there something special about his brew and I asked him what it was.

Surprisingly he said that it was simply better because it was fresh roasted, but not how some big brand-name coffee is fresh roasted; fresh roasted as of a few days ago.  I began to ask the process of roasting and he started showing me how to roast.  Within days of starting to roast my own coffee I was in love.  The flavors were so incredibly different to what I had been “taught” to think coffee tasted like.

The dream of getting fresh roasted coffee to everyone started shortly after that.  All my friends and family members started to rave about how good it was, and I just knew I had to show everyone what “fresh” coffee was supposed to taste like.  And brewHouse Coffee was born…

Out of necessity: yes.  Out of sincerity: yes.  Out of passion for something pure: God yes.

My goal is to get the absolute freshest coffee to everyone, no matter where they are.  “We don’t roast it until you order it” is a mantra that drives brewHouse Coffee.  I guarantee this is the freshest coffee anywhere; so grab a cup, sit back, and indulge in a little slice of coffee heaven…
